Vishal brings more than a decade of experience as a thought leader in procurement consulting and analytics. He has helped CPOs, CMOS and CSOs with customised strategies, to enter new markets, bring down cost, move towards strategic sourcing and implement risk management programs.

Vishal’s organic growth from research manager, to engagement manager to sales head to business head, has taught him ‘how to marry’ the consulting capabilities with market requirements, and create solutions which are both executable and commercially profitable. He has created extensive network to keep him updated with the market. Vishal has done 100+ international trips across the world, with work permits from China and Dubai. He has multiple articles published, and has delivered confidently in public forums. He has managed teams and has also performed individual contributor roles, with equal ease.
