Smriti Ahuja is the Global Head Organization Effectiveness and Geo Leader Diversity & Inclusion at Cognizant. She has close to three decades of work experience, 10 years of which have been as an Independent Consultant. Her consulting work was primarily in the areas of HR Strategy, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development.

Her previous corporate experiences include her role as founding HR and Learning Head for Exl Service and the Global Head of Leadership Development for Genpact. One of her designed programs in Genpact was internationally awarded for Best Integration of Learning and Talent Management.

Smriti is a motivational speaker on several forums at regional and national level. Her speaking interests range from Leadership to HR strategy and function and on liberal topics like purpose of “being”. She has recently been certified as a NLP practitioner, having obtained the certification under the mentorship of Richard Bandler in London. Her vision is to have people get in touch with their full potential.
