Rachana has been working with NSE for the past 16 years. During her stint with NSE she has gained hands-on experience on several functions like Listing, Investigations, Member Supervision, Compliance, equity and equity derivatives. During her immediate preceding role she headed the Western Region Office of NSE for over three years, wherein she was responsible for Investor Grievance Redressal, Member Supervision and Compliance and NSCCL operations.

Rachana currently works as Head SME responsible for listing small and medium enterprises on the Exchange’s platform – NSE EMERGE.
