Kaushik is Managing Director at Principal Global Services, Pune. He joined in 2006 at the inception of the Pune office. Kaushik is responsible for the overall entity including organization visioning and strategies, policies and compliance, risk and brand. He oversees the entity, which includes IT, back office, and middle office operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, Facilities & Administration, IT infrastructure & Information security, and Process excellence & Risk.

Kaushik’s job responsibilities include scripting vision and value proposition, human capital planning, creating growth strategies for the India operations, moving up the value chain, operational excellence, cost and productivity optimization, benchmarking, ensuring compliance, information security, business continuity and risk management. 

He has been instrumental in a number of significant change management involving the India entity as well as the home office. As a part of his role, Kaushik interacts with the local ecosystem – industry bodies and academia – and his peer group.  He is also an occasional speaker in various forums.
