Dr. A. Velumani is an Indian scientist turned entrepreneur. He is the founder, chairman, and managing director of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., a chain of diagnostic and preventive care laboratories headquartered in Navi Mumbai.  He is also credited to be the founder and managing director of Nueclear Healthcare Limited, a radiology diagnostics company also affiliated to Thyrocare.
