Sayantan Chatterjee is a young entrepreneur and the founder of Beatest, one of India's first recruitment tech platform that uses Artificial Intelligence in fresher recruitment. Beatest is currently incubated at Nasscom 10000 Startups and has already been awarded as one of the top 5 startups in Kolkata. His involvement in the education industry has also led him to be a guest speaker at IIT Kharagpur's Global Entrepreneurship Summit.

- Top 30 startrups in Nasscom's Thrive 30 event in 2017 that involved the participation of over 8 cities and 300+ startups
- Top 5 startups in Kolkata in 2017 in the BigShift Event organized by Amazon Web Services and Inc42
- Guest Speaker at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit of IIT Kharagpur in 2017 and 2018

Sayantan's knack for technology led him to work with the Ethical Hacking team with Oracle after completing his B.Tech from Jadavpur University. Sayantan also opted out of IIM Kozhikode to start his own venture.

With a focus to foster the entrepreneurial spirit in the youth, Sayantan joined Global Shapers Kolkata, an initiative of World Economic Forum, and launched the first social entrepreneurial event in Kolkata - Shaping Kolkata in collaboration with Nasscom 10000 startups, IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, Neoleap Ventures.
