SMEs contribute 45 percent of India's GDP. The sector provides employment to around 46 crores people in India and has been registering an annual growth of 11.5 per cent. But the age of digital disruption will impact these companies, perhaps even more than large ones as digital native organisations enter their space.  Keeping the existing business humming along and preparing for a transformed future that is sure to come is the challenge SMEs face today.  Research shows that it is the continuously learning organisation that is best prepared for digital transformation. Does this maxim hold for SMEs?  What are they doing and what can they do? To embrace digitization and navigate into the future, bridging the tech talent skill gap has become critical.
