Kirti is a business professional with rich experience in entrepreneurship, management and leadership. She is currently on a full time assignment with NASSCOM on the Futureskills project. Her last assignment was with NIIT where, she was working as CEO of NIPE, the NIIT and Genpact joint venture, and also led the global consulting and advisory team. Her past experience of being an entrepreneur as well as her finance background helped her to provide a holistic perspective to every solution offered to clients, across industries and geographies - visible impact as well as measurable gain. As part of the outsourcing industry from its formative years in 2003 to now, she possess an understanding of the way the industry has evolved and its current challenges. She always look to view a problem and its solution through the lens of a businessperson.
